CastBound Studios is a youth theatre group in Ajax, Ontario founded by the dynamic sibling duo: Kaden Hill & Taylor Hill. They both grew up in a theatrical household, their self produced living room spectaculars were just part of the daily routine. Overtime Taylor developed a knack for the production side, while Kaden worked to refine his performance techniques. They were incredibly fortunate to have the chance to explore theatre in school and as an extra-curricular, however they often had to leave town to seek out performance opportunities built for young people.  It took Kaden a fluke conversation with a friend of a friend, a missed dentist appointment, a drive in a snowstorm, and a whole lot of luck to land his first role in community theatre production of “Music Man” that was located over an hour away. On the other hand, Taylor found there were even fewer production prospects in the area, leaving her with much to be desired. Both siblings went on to study in their respective fields: Kaden at the University of Windsor in the Bachelor of Fine Arts Acting Program, and Taylor at Queen’s University for Stage and Screen Production. Since graduating they both have worked on professional projects, but have now returned home with the dream of giving their hometown and the next generation of young thespians a theatre company that will give them the opportunity to grow and shine…a little closer to home.
